Locaylo Ltd
Online Safety and Content Policy
Effective date: 16 September 2026
Who may use Locaylo
Locaylo is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is a local-services marketplace, not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Content and behaviour we prohibit
Do not use Locaylo for threats or violence, hate or targeted abuse, sexual exploitation, child abuse or grooming, terrorism, illegal drugs or weapons, encouragement of suicide or serious self-harm, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or other unlawful content or conduct.
Reporting
Use the report control beside the relevant profile, booking, message, review or gallery image. Choose the closest reason and include useful context without sharing passwords or payment credentials. Child-safety, sexual-exploitation and terrorism reports are escalated as critical concerns. Reports are confidential and the reported person is not told who submitted them.
Blocking
You can block another booking participant from the conversation screen. Once blocked, neither participant can send new messages, photos, videos, audio or documents. Blocking does not cancel a booking, resolve a payment issue or replace reporting serious conduct.
How we respond
We assess reports according to urgency and available evidence. We may preserve records, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, or make a report to an appropriate authority where required. We keep an audit record of moderation decisions. We do not promise that every report will result in removal.
Reviews and appeals
If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact Help and support in the app and identify the report or affected content. We will consider relevant further evidence. Review-specific integrity rules are explained in our Review Policy.
Contact
Use Help and support in the Locaylo app for safety questions or to follow up a report. Do not use ordinary support for an immediate emergency.
